Responsible for servicing external customers as allocated, and acquire new business. The position requires incumbent to have good product knowledge, a positive attitude and great customer care.
Duties and Responsibilities
ο Handling of allocated customers, with a bias towards Mining, Industrial, and Heavy-Duty Segments.
ο Lead generation
ο Proactively follow up on marketing generated leads through calls, emails and social selling.
ο Order processing when necessary (invoicing etc.);
ο Basic stock management;
ο Sales analysis
ο Customer product knowledge, customer service, and sales training
ο Conducting market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Qualifications and Experience
ο At least five βOβ Level passes including English and Mathematics.
ο A degree/diploma in marketing
ο 5 years experience in sales preferably in the mining and industrial sector
ο Computer literacy
ο Clean Class 4 Driverβs License
ο Fluency in written and spoken English
