Duties and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY
Overseeing the Microfinance functioning with respect to sales and profit targets, operations, business development, systems, people management and processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Crafting Business Strategy, Plans and Budgets
Microfinance operating policies, procedures and controls
Sales and Profitability Strategies and Efforts
Customer liaison and service
Marketing and Promotions plans, and budgets
People management

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Banking / Finance / or related qualification
5 years experience in Banking Sector at Senior Managerial level
Experience with e-commerce is essential
Excellent customer service and people management skills
