Location: Bindura, Zimbabwe
A small private hospital in Bindura is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and dedicated nursing professionals for the position of Matron.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Diploma in General Nursing
* Diploma in Midwifery
* Degree in Nursing will be an added advantage
* Must be registered with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe and possess a valid Practising Certificate
* Strong knowledge of hospital administration
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration nursing experience
* At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or nursing leadership role
* Proven experience in Maternity and Emergency Services
* Previous exposure to a private hospital environment will be an added advantage
