We are an accredited Autodesk Training Centre and Academic Partner. We specialize in offering
software and professional training in Autodesk products.
Our clientele includes Trust Schools, Government Tertiary Institutions, Corporates and individual professionals. Our main office is situated in Sunninghill, Bulawayo were the administration work is done with all hands-on work being coordinated from the clients’ premises by a team of young technical professionals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of marketing/salesperson. We’re looking for a marketing/salesperson to help us exceed our sales goals, drive customer engagement, and build better relationships with clients. The position involves travelling a lot to engage with potential clients countrywide.

Duties and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Direct Sales – Manage sales strategies and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
 Reporting – Document sales activity in CRM and produce regular sales pipeline and updates
 Travel – 90% travel countrywide is required
 Own the entire digital advertising sales space and ensure an exceptional advertiser experience
for the target market
 Engage in solution-based business-level conversations to convince clients and ultimately,
close sales
 Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas for revenue generation and customer acquisition
 Maintain relationships with potential clients by evaluating customer’s needs, utilize applicable
research, make professional presentations, prepare written proposals, and close sales

Qualifications and Experience

REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar field
 Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in education technology
 Intermediate experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
 Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
 Strong negotiating and selling skills
 Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
 Able to function in a high transactional sales volume environment
 Self-motivated and strong sense of personal responsibility
 Be well-groomed and presentable
 A valid class 4 driver’s license (a must)
 A valid passport
 Ability to travel around Zimbabwe and the Southern African Region
