We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Logistics & Field Supervisor to join our fast growing team in Willowvale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in steel product logistics and field operations to step into a leadership role. The successful candidate will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, coordinating field operations, and ensuring efficient handling and distribution of steel materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
✓ Supervise and coordinate field operations related to the delivery and handling of steel products
✓ Manage logistics workflows to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
✓ Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes
✓ Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and transportation schedules
✓ Enforce safety and quality control standards across all logistics and field activities
Qualifications and Experience
Candidate Requirements:
✓ Degree in Logistics , Business Admin, Project Management and any related degree
✓ 2 + years experience in field operations
✓ Must be aged between 30 and 35
✓ Proven experience in logistics and field supervision, preferably within the steel or construction materials industry
✓ Strong leadership and coordination skills
✓ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
