JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics and Administration Graduate Intern will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting the Logistics and the Human Resources departments with their day to day tasks at the Bulawayo office, in accordance with International Medical Corps policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

DESCRIPTION
• Manage the board room bookings and prepare the place for the meetings held there.
• Review all requisitions and liaise with the Logistics Assistant to ensure that adequate specifications and correct budget estimates are provided.
• Working with the Logistics Officer provides timely information to the program department on the status of their procurement actions.
• Assisting Logistics Assistant in fleet management.
• To help Logistics Assistant in managing warehouse/store located in Bulawayo following IMC policy.
• Helping in coordinates with field Asset Officer onboarding and offboarding of staff, making sure that Assets are properly maintained and retrieved prior staff separation.
• Responsible for contributing to the timely and accurate reporting on any other assigned activities.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials.
• Support the interview arrangements for interviews conducted at the Bulawayo Office.
• Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops in line with IMC policies.
• Help organize employee engagement activities or events.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applications.
• Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manning the reception and help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist the Logistics department in tracking the procurement and distribution of supplies for various programs and projects.
• Attend to Human Resources related inquiries or requests.
• Any other responsibilities /tasks as deemed necessary by the Supervisor from time to time
•​Adherence to the requirements of the CBFRM guidelines & procedures. The Graduate Intern will implement and take part in activities in line with the CBFRM guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Supply Chain Management (Procurement / Logistics); Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
• Recent graduate from our local universities.
