To Provide Comprehensive legal support and guidance to the organisation, ensuring all operations comply with the applicable laws and regulations while proactively managing and mitigating legal risks;

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing of contracts
• Loan Recovery
• Attending court on behalf of the Organization
• Company secretarial duties
• Compliance and Risk
• Strategic Legal Advisory

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
• 1-2 years of Post graduate experience
• Experience in Banking and/or Microfinance sector
