Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) is inviting suitably qualified personnel to fill
in the following post:

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to supervise students’ research projects. The candidate must be
able to teach at least 3 of the following modules: Introduction to Public policy, Multilateral
Institutions and Development, Development Economics, Public Health and Development,
Disaster Management, Globalization and Development, Demography and Development,
Environmental Change and Development, Development Finance and Research Methods, Trade and international development, undertake University service as
and when required.

Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must hold a Master’s Degree in Development Studies and any other related
field passed with Merit or
better, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, passed with a grade 2.1 or
better. A PhD in Development Studies related field, considerable teaching and research
experience and a proven record of publications in referred scientific journals, are distinct
advantages. The candidate must have at least 3 years lecturing experience at higher
education level or strong development programming experience.
