Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) is inviting suitably qualified personnel to fill
in the following post:

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate must be able to: teach Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law, Jurisprudence,
Insurance Law, Media Law, Civil Procedure, Law of Taxation and Accounting for Legal
Practitioners at undergraduate level; demonstrate and/or show proof of ability to produce
legal research and publications; undertake University service as and when required and to
participate and engage in community service for the benefit of the University and the
surrounding community.

Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Law. A PhD
in this field is an added advantage. The ideal candidate must be a registered legal
practitioner. The candidate must have at least 2 years lecturing experience at tertiary
institution level with a clear record of successful research, publications and supervision of
students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The candidate should be a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
