Junior Recruitment Clerk

Job Description

An efficient junior recruitment clerk whose primary responsibility is to assist the HR team in various aspects of the recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Job postings- Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Application management – Reviewing incoming job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Scheduling interviews-Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and the organisation
• Candidate communication-Managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process including sending interview invitations and updates
• Interview coordination- Facilitating and coordinating recruitment interviews
• Reference checks- Verifying the employment history
• Documentation and filling
• Background checks
• Onboarding assistance
• Data reporting

Qualifications and Experience

• Able to pay attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in team
• At least a diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 1 year experience
