Job Description

The IT Technician will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and upgrading day to day IT systems within the company. Their day to day responsibilities will include installing and configuring systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults an solving technical and application problems.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and proactively maintaining computer systems and networks
- Replacing parts as required
- Troubleshooting system and network problems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Training customers on the use of software and hardware
- Providing support and procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Testing and evaluating new technology
