Aquaculture Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe is conducting a tender process for the supply of Hardware materials items in Gutu in Zimbabwe funded by SIDA. The project seeks to provide resilience support to communities through garden construction and other ancillary works.
against this background that Aquaculture
Zimbabwe is inviting Zimbabwean registered suppliers for their submission of a proposal to provide Hardware items according to the attached BOQ:

The Hardware items are to be made available in the respective district for collection.
The deadline for the of the email proposals which must be in United States Dollars is 11 July 2024 at 4pm.

Qualifications and Experience

These must be sent to [email protected] and clearly state the Tender Title, in the email's subject line.
Also note that delivery to all sites expected within 14 working day from the day of contract signing.
Conditions, Quotation validity, Payment terms
The following documents must be attached to the proposals:
• Proof of Company Registration in Zimbabwe
• Valid Tax Clearance
• Three satisfactory references of customers for whom the same type of services was provided;
Aquaculture Zimbabwe reserves the right to contact these references, without notifying the Tenderer.
Aquaculture Zimbabwe does not bind itself to award the tender to tho lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
