INVITATION TO TENDER
Caritas Zimbabwe- Archdiocese of Harare PVO 25/2014 in partnership with Catholic Relief Service (CRS) and Mutemwa Leprosy Centre seeks for reputable registered and experienced service providers to bid for the installation a new solar powered raw water system for Mutemwa Leprosy Centre, establish a new pipeline for 900m to join to an existing line and rehabilitate of a 540m3 reservoir that exclusively support the institution. In order to be considered for the named services, the following shall form minimum requirements:

Qualifications and Experience
• The contractor should have been in practice for a period of not less than two (2) years
• The contractor must provide proof of valid legal registration
• A detailed company profile showing the list of clients; at least three (3) of whom can stand as referees preferably in the NGO sector.
• Key staff curriculum vitae(s)
• Current Tax Compliance Certificate
• PRAZ Certificate
Enclosed tenders with Quotations, Certificate of Registration, PRAZ and Current VAT certificates should be submitted on or before the 4th of July 2024 by 13.00hrs. A site visit will be organised on the 2nd of July 2024 (Mutoko- Mutemwa Leprosy Centre) for all those who would have expressed interest in the tender.
