A Material Science Engineering manufacturing company seeks to hire an efficient, well-
organized, self-motivated, dynamic, and multi-skilled individual to join our organization in the position listed below. The selected incumbent will be based at our Harare Factory Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports updates detailing customer needs,
problem and any emerging issues on the market to the Sales & Marketing
Manager.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Sales and Marketing team and other departments.
• Generate quotations and fiscalised invoices for customers.
• Ensure all orders have been delivered on time to clients.
• Ensure all pastel entries are done timeously.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and policies.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product knowledge and
recommendations tailored to their requirements.
• Maintain and update physical customer data base.
• Maintain current and potential customer relationships.
• Generate and maintain daily sales register.
• Cold calling to new and prospective clients.
• Support the Finance Department through follow up of payments from debtors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications/ Competencies
• A Degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Proficient knowledge of Pastel will be a distinct advantage.
• An IMM professional qualification (Diploma in Marketing Management) will be an
added advantage.
• Have a minimum of 2 years proven working experience in a related position.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clean class 4 drivers’ license.
