ICT & CCTV OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT equipment, networks, and software
• Manage user support, system access, and data backups
• Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems
• Insure network and systems security and uptime
• Maintain equipment records and prepare basic technical reports
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in ICT support and CCTV systems management.
• Proven experience with camera installation, configuration, and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and structured cabling.
