A growing professional human resources firm is looking for committed, hardworking, loyal, proactive personnel to assist provide strategic & routine human resources services to a range of clientele in various industries ranging from transport, mining, land development, milling, motor spares, retail, social media, chemicals, engineering among others.

Human Resources &Sales Consultant (On Commission)

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties
• Marketing &selling of various Organizational Development Strategies to grow and drive client business to maintain profitability.
• Meeting Sales Targets.
• Developing and Implementing varied Performance Management Systems for clients including coaching and conducting appraisals.
• Developing customized Remuneration , Reward and Incentive Schemes appropriate to the needs of the client.
• Developing and Implementing Industrial Relations Systems relevant to clients needs, including administering disciplinary and grievance cases in line with the Labour Relations Act , its ammendments and other statutory regulations.
• Recruitment, Selection, Talent Management &Retention of skills.
• Developing and Implementing customized Human Resources Policies and Procedures for clients.
• Employee coaching , mentoring &counselling to improve job &role effectiveness.
• Human Resources Administration ie Payroll Processing, Leave administration, NSSA &PAYE Administration, Records Update, Job Descriptions, Organograms and Contracts.
• Developing customized Human Resources Strategies appropriate to the needs of clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
• At least 4 years’ experience in developing and Implementing various Human Resources &Organizational Development strategies is a requirement at this level.
• Very good experience of least two years administering a Payroll such as Bellina.
• Hardworking, agile, committed, teamplayer with lots of initiatives and proactiveness to get started and produce results with speed.
• A “can do it attitude “, perseverance, strong will and determination.
• Good Presentation, communication, facilitation, relationship &change management skills.
• Punctual, committed, disciplined, able to relate and manage people of diverse backgrounds.
• A loyal, patient person who is willing to commit &stay with the organization.
