Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
β Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
β Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
β Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. Employee Relations
β Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
β Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
β Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.
3. Performance Management
β Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and productivity.
β Work with managers to set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to employees.
β Identify and implement strategies for employee recognition and rewards.
4. Training and Development
β Assess employee training needs and create comprehensive learning and development programs.
β Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
β Ensure employees are provided with ongoing opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.
5. Policy Development and Compliance
β Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
β Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
β Monitor and update employee handbooks as needed.
6. Compensation and Benefits
β Manage and oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
β Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive pay practices.
β Recommend improvements to benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting
β Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training outcomes.
β Generate regular HR reports and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
β Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational performance.
8. Strategic HR Planning
β Work with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
β Identify future talent needs and develop proactive workforce planning strategies.
β Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Qualifications and Experience
β’ Gender: Female
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record in implementing Balanced Scorecard systems.
β’ Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with high IQ and EQ.
β’ Honest, reliable, and proactive in driving organizational success through HR strategies.
