Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Human Resources and Talent Development Officer in:-
• Recruitment and selection.
• Performance management.
• Training and development.
• Records management.
• Leave administration.
• HR Reporting.
• Staff welfare.
• Payroll administration.
• Industrial relations management.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• A recent graduate with upper second-class degree (2.1) or better in Human Resource Management/Psychology or related field.
• At least 1-year relevant industrial attachment experience.
Attributes
• A great work ethic and display a zeal to learn.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be well groomed.
