About the Position
Department: Corporate Affairs (Human Resources & Administration) Reports To: Group Corporate Affairs Manager Purpose of the Role To provide comprehensive human resources and administrative support across the Group, ensuring effective people management, policy compliance and efficient office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities — Human Resources Management
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Implement performance management systems and support performance appraisals.
• Address employee relations matters and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (Labour Act, NSSA, NEC, etc.) and HR policies.
• Coordinate staff training, development and orientation.
• Assist in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities — Administration
• Manage office supplies, assets and equipment. • Ensure the property is clean, secure and well maintained.
• Maintain and update the Group's asset register and inventory.
• Support academic administration including examinations, results release and record keeping.
• Coordinate events, meetings, travel and logistics.
• Liaise with security, cleaners and general hands to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification such as IPMZ or SHRM is an added advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years' progressive experience in human resources and administration.
• Experience in the education, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors is an added advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices. Key Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• High level of professionalism, accountability and commercial acumen.
