Vacancy: Human Resources & Administration Officer
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources & Administration Officer to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, office administration, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR/payroll software experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
