This job exists to support NMB through day-to-day administration of the human resources function, development of the human resource and creation of a harmonious industrial relations environment.
Main duties include;
Facilitate resource acquisition and placement in line with the current and future strategic needs of the organization.
Identify and recommend initiatives to develop high-potential employees.
Support talent mapping initiatives to create development plans and succession pathways within the organization.
On-board new recruits into the system as per induction guideline per level.
Collaborate with teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth opportunities.
Enforce compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices in talent management.
Contribute to the design and implementation of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
Maintain accurate HR records, track key HR metrics, and generate reports to provide insights on talent management activities and trends.
Coordinate the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data, providing feedback to employees, and supporting managers in addressing performance issues.
Provide administrative support on employee relations matters
Process and reconcile payroll
Coordinate the management and governance of employee contacts in line with legislation provisions.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Science/ related Business degree
