Home Owners Association Administrator

Job Description

The Home Owners Association Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the communities of the Fairview Homeowner’s Association to ensure that all residents are happy with their living conditions and that all rules and regulations are abided with. The Administrator will ensure that the standards set by Fairview management are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting and enforcing the HOA constitution, ensuring compliance with set standards and regulations.
• Generate annual budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets.
• Collect dues from the residents.
• Enforce rules and regulations consistently.
• Conducting periodic inspections to ensure adherence to set standards and regulations.
• Generating monthly management and financial reports on the estate.
• Generating and maintaining records on the residential properties and social amenities on the estate.
• Attending to homeowners’ issues and resolving disputes as they arise.
• Designing and implementing policies to ensure peace and tranquility on the estate.
• Keeping members updated through various communication channels.
• Supervising maintenance of the estate’s roads, grounds, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma/Degree in Community Development/Social Sciences.
• Have at least 5years experience in coordinating communities.
• Be highly computer literate, being proficient in MS Office.
• Be a good negotiator.
• Have sound written and oral communication skills.
• Have a clean Class 4 drivers’ licence.
