HEAD – OMNICHANNEL (PHYSICAL CHANNELS)
Job Purpose
To oversee and optimise physical banking channels including branches, ATMs, and agency banking, ensuring seamless integration with digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee customer-facing banking channels (branches, ATMs, agencies)
• Develop and implement branch network strategy aligned to bank objectives
• Ensure seamless integration between physical and digital channels
• Drive sales and business development through branch and agent networks
• Manage agent banking networks and ensure compliance
• Enhance customer experience across all physical touchpoints
• Monitor operational efficiency, performance, and data analytics
• Ensure compliance, security, and risk management
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• First Degree in Banking, Commerce, Accounting, Business Studies or related field
• Postgraduate Banking qualification is an added advantage
• Extensive experience in retail banking, branch operations, or channel management
• Strong strategic, operational, and leadership capability
