GRADUATE TRAINEES

To be considered for the Graduate Trainee Post, prospective candidates will undergo an intensive 24-month Graduate Trainee Development program. Prospective candidates should:

Not be more than 30 years of age.

Possess a commendable disciplinary record.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT UNIT (1 Post)

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to;

Source quotations from prospective bidders.

Assist in market trends analysis, pricing and identification of prospective suppliers.

Receive internal requests and processing them according to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Chapter 22:23).

Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.

Attend to queries and communication between the Unit and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing and Supply Management.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly, and a strong passion for procurement and supply chain management.
