Duties and Responsibilities
The Job:
• Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Convert at least 80% of new business, ensuring premium collection.
• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build lasting client relationships through continuous engagement.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
• Actively generate leads from walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and data mining.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience
The Person:
• Must be a holder of a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Insurance & Risk Management, or a related field.
• Must be a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency.
• At least two years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and proactively
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
