Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Welcoming and greeting guests
• Responding to guests queries and requests
• Answering and forwarding calls
• Keeping a tidy and orderly workplace
• Making and confirming reservations for guests
• Ensuring proper room allocation
• Arranging conference bookings and scheduling
• Processing payments of guest accounts during check in and check out

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
• Customer service orientation
• Planning and organising
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Flexible regarding work schedule
• Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests
• Professionalism
• Fluent in English
• Guest customer relations preferably in the hospitality environment
• Smart and presentable
• A diploma in Tourism, a Degree is an added advantage
• Experience in the related field is an added advantage
