Applications are being invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for 2 positions which has arisen in our Electrosales Mount Pleasant Branch. The positions are as follows:
1. Floor Salesperson with technical expertise in Plumbing.
2. Floor Salesperson with technical expertise in Paint.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance to customers on plumbing or paint products, including usage, compatibility, and installation techniques.
• Demonstrate product functionality and advise on best-fit solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain technical specifications, advantages, and limitations of products clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and transporting products to the till.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and accurately labeled with updated pricing.
• Conduct daily spot checks and check stock definitions.
• Support floor operations through active observation and prompt customer engagement.
• Uphold a service-oriented attitude that reflects the value we place on every customer.
• Perform any other related duties as reasonably required.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• A minimum of 6 months of progressive experience.
• O' Level /A' Level qualification.
• Certificate /Diploma or equivalent related training will be an added advantage.
• A clear understanding of Paint / Plumbing products is a must.
