Finance and Administration Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations, as well as handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
Oversee office administration, procurement, and records management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Provide support for staff and logistics in training programs.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Accounting
At least 2 years related work experience
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
