Finance and Admin Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a mature individual to join our team in our Finance department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Keep and file records of all expenses, handle payment claims and invoices, and keep track of payments for program activities and office expenses.
Handle petty cash and financial account administration.
Track spending in all applicable financial systems.
Prepare office budgets, financial forecasts and reports
Help with the management of office operations, including service personnel, registration issues, licenses and permissions, transportation, upkeep, stationary, and consumables.
Assist with procurement of goods and services as required
Prepare and submit statutory financial declarations
Draft annual financial reporting

Qualifications and Experience

At least 5 year’s experience in similar role
Degree in Accounting/ Administration/ Business
Knowledge of accounting packages and Zim Tax Regulations
