Job Description

An exciting position for Exchange Control Officer has risen within EmpowerBank Limited. The incumbent is expected to co-ordinate the Exchange Control functions for the bank, qualified and experienced personnel are therefore encouraged to apply

Duties and Responsibilities

* Provision of regular support to clients and other departments on Exchange Control Policy
requirements and developments
* Processing applications requiring prior Exchange Control approvals
* Ensuring all international payments made are in line with existing Exchange Control regulations
* Administration of all export and import documents
* Ensuring total compliance on all Exchange Control matters

Qualifications and Experience

First Degree in Business, Finance or Economics or equivalent.
3 to 4 years’ experience in an International Banking & Exchange Control department, 2 or more years should be in a position of Exchange Control Officer level.
