Job Description

PanAfricare seeks suitably qualified candidates for an anticipated Lean Assistance Project to be implemented in Shamva district. Selected candidates should be available to start work on very short notice.


1. DISTRICT TEAM LEADER x 1 (Fixed Term)

Duties and Responsibilities

Purpose
• Coordinate, manage, and develop strong and sustainable relationships with local government stakeholders to facilitate the smooth implementation of the lean Season Assistance activities in the district. The activities include cash-based transfers, complementary livelihood activities and food distributions

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications/experience
• Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Sciences or related field. Experience in emergency and humanitarian programs and/or food security and coordinating cash-based transfer modalities, disaster management will be an added advantage. A clean class four driver license and fluency in English and Shona are pre-requisites.
