Digital Marketing Consultant

Job Description

The purpose of the position is receiving in-person and digital enquiries and referring them to appropriate offices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and responding to digital enquiries.
• Managing the company’s digital and social media platforms.
• Providing administrative and secretarial support for the office.
• Manning the company’s front office.
• Updating the internal directory and contact details of relevant stakeholders.
• Receiving and dispatching mail and other documents.
• Scheduling of and preparing for meetings and other company events.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Recording minutes from meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 'O' levels including Mathematics and English Language.
• A diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Possession of a Secretarial /Office Management qualification will be a distinct advantage.
• At least two years proven work experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing.
• Experience in Construction/Real Estate is an added advantage.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
