Digital Marketer

Job Description

Our client is seeking 2 proactive and strategic Digital marketers . One will be responsible for spearheading our efforts in identifying and securing business opportunities. This role requires expertise in preparing tenders, responding to RFQs, and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with a proven ability to meet and exceed business acquisition targets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
The other will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across our three companies. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a data-driven mindset to optimize brand presence and enhance online engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in SEO, social media management, and digital content creation while staying ahead of industry trends.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and respond to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of tender opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
Draft persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with management to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

2.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all three companies.
Create and oversee engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Optimize online ads, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
Manage and grow social media platforms, enhancing brand presence.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for multimedia marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrable experience (2+ years)in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS like WordPress.
Proven experience in tender management and business development.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and bid preparation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
