In this role, your primary responsibility will be to enter data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy while extracting information from source documents. Your expertise in excel and mathematics and strong attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining and balancing our stocks effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Accurately capture and record data into Excel spreadsheets from source documents
- Verify data for errors or discrepancies, making necessary corrections
- Maintain and update stock information regularly for precise reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of data and information
- Analyze and interpret data to identify discrepancies or trends
- Develop and maintain an automated Excel sheet, streamlining the data entry process and improving efficiency
- Monitor and report any anomalies or issues relating to stock balances

Qualifications and Experience
