Customer Success Consultant - Hardware Technician

Job Description

The incumbent of the above position must have a comprehensive understanding of office electronic hardware such as printers, projectors, information displays etc. One should be highly skilled, experienced and have a passion for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Proven ability to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of electronic office equipment hardware and peripherals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Eager to learn new technologies and stay current with industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

The job incumbent is responsible for troubleshooting electronic office equipment, repair or replace electronic office equipment components, install new hardware, build new electronic office equipment, perform data recovery, clean electronic office equipment, upgrade electronic systems, provide technical support and after sales service to our customers,

Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills and Competencies:
Qualifying criteria which are key to the successful performance of the Customer Success Consultant - Hardware Technician role are:
• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institution with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Project planning, support experience, consumables monitoring and 24 on call
• Hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Building and configuration of electronic office equipment
• Operating system installation and configuration
• Data recovery
• Network installation and maintenance (basic)
• Customer service and technical support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to make and create a power point presentation and deliver the presentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products & technology
• Aged 30+
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
