CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (MATERNITY COVER) -MASVINGO
About the Role
Zimnat Financial Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to oversee the branch's daily operations and ensure the delivery of quality service to our valued clients as follows:
Contract Type Fixed Term (5 months)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee branch credit administration.
• Manage reporting and information systems i.e. Musoni, Ndasenda and Financial Clearing Bureau (FCB).
• Implement security and document management procedures.
• Conduct training, and supervision of operations staff.
• Ensure risk management and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at the branch.
• Manage branch cash operations.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
• A degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch administration is preferred.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiencies and implement best practices.
