Position overview for Counter Parts Sales Representative
• To maximise vehicle parts sales by delivering exceptional customer care and displaying superior product knowledge
• To contribute to effective stock management by bringing to management's attention any stock discrepancies and to report stock movement in general
• Increased sales and customer loyalty will result in improved business results.
Main Duties will include but not limited to:
• Promptly attending to walk-in and phone-in customers
• Managing incoming leads and direct as appropriate
• Ensuring quotations are done accurately and timely
• Actively seeking out sales opportunities
• Focusing on add-ons to the customer baskets
• Market intelligence and assisting in the development of new products and services.
Required experience, qualifications and skills:
• A minimum of 2 Advanced Level passes preferably commercials subjects
• 1 year sales experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management skills
• Trainable
• A team player.
