Duties and Responsibilities

Major Duties and Responsibilities are:
• Supervising catering staff
• Preparation and serving of meals
• Assisting in meal planning for students and staff and guests
• Ordering food stuffs for school boarding and special catering occasions
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in the preparation, serving, storage and disposal of food

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• At least five (3) Ordinary level passes
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel and Catering with at least one year working experience in a related position
