Location: Bulawayo

Job Purpose

Process pension payrolls, payroll reconciliations, calculate deceased estate cases and full commutation payments. Provide Actuarial valuation data inputs, returns for statutory bodies and periodic statistical report inputs.

a) Attending to clients’ queries and managing the Client Service Centre.
b) Recording all query diaries and following up with the relevant officers on the resolution of queries.
c) Receiving documentation for deceased pensioners and checking the authenticity and adequacy thereof.
d) Recording and escalating customer feedback to Management for decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience

• Have at least 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
• Certificate in Pensions Management, or equivalent.
• A Relevant Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage.
• At least two (2) years of relevant working experience.
