VACANCY NOTICE: CIVILS FOREMAN #2
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Civil Foreman to supervise daily on-site civil construction activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead direct labour teams and subcontractors, ensuring tasks such as earthworks, concrete pouring, formwork, steel fixing, and drainage installation are executed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Journeyman Class 1 skilled worker / construction supervision or related field.
2. 5+ years’ experience as a civil foreman.
3. Strong ability to read and interpret civil engineering and structural drawings.
4. Deep practical knowledge of concrete work, formwork systems, rebar detailing, and earthmoving techniques.
5. Clear communication, leadership, and crew-management capabilities.
6. Strong problem-solving skills under fast-paced site conditions.
