Requirements:*
- Age: 19 years and above
- Minimum 5 O-Levels (including English Language)
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with technology
