Call Center Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, social media, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a diploma level education.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and live chat
• Providing accurate information to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Secretarial or Office administration and minimum 3years experience as a call centre
• Excellent communication skills, 25 years and above
• Fluent in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and knowledge in Hardware Retail industry
