Our Client is looking forward to recruit a Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence with good leadership skills , good communication skills and someone who is knowledgeable in construction .This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

-Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
Collaboration and Communication:

-Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
-Close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Reporting and Feedback:

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
