Mother Touch Group of Schools, Senior School, Harare, is seeking a professional and articulate Bursar to manage the school’s financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be well‑groomed, well‑spoken, detail‑oriented, and result‑driven, capable of representing the school with courtesy and efficiency at the front office.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Revenue collection and receipting
* Pastel Accounting processing
* Uniform sales and stock management
* General administration and front‑office duties
* Preparation and production of school accounts
* Student Enrolment
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
* Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
* Experience as a School Bursar or in a similar role is an added advantage
* Proficient user of Pastel Accounting
* *Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office applications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results under pressure
