A Bookkeeper is responsible for recording
and maintaining a business' financial
transactions, such as purchases, expenses,
sales revenue, invoices, and payments

Duties and Responsibilities

Timeous preparation of consolidated
Management & Statutory accounts, keeping
to strict and set deadlines.
Maintenance of correct and reliable
accounting records to be used for decision
making.
Maintenance of a strong internal control
Providing input into formulation and
implementation of financial strategies
Performance of capital investment
appraisals on capex projects.
Inventory control
Performing daily weekly and monthly
reconciliation of Cashbook and Operational
