Boiler Maker
Reports to Production Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
A manufacturing organization is looking to engage a qualified and experienced person to fill in the position of Boiler Maker. The position requires an individual with experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings and engineering specifications.
✓ Performs welding, brazing and soldering using various techniques and equipment.
✓ Ensures all work is carried out to quality and specifications requirements and that documentation is completed on time.
✓ Analyses requirements for a seamless production maintenance program.
Qualifications and Experience
COMPETENCIES
✓ Proven understanding of planned maintenance, documentation and procedures
✓ Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Planning skills
✓ Risk Assessment Skills
✓ Ability to work independently
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
✓ Class 1 Journeyman Certification in Fabrication Engineering
✓ 5 O levels including English, Maths and Science
✓ A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
✓ Knowledge of manufacturing or production industry
