Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
•Cutting meat with bones.
• Ensuring cleanliness of bend saw and working area.
•Ensuring stock levels in the cold room and in fridges is adequate.
• Recommend quantities and type of meat to be ordered to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Receiving of goods and checking on quantities, quality and price.
• Ensure that products are correctly priced.

Qualifications and Experience

Person specification
•Experience of at least 2 years working in a butchery setup as a Blockman.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
