 Implementing HR Strategies and Plans
 HR Administration and Employee Masterfiles Updation
 Coordinating Performance Management
 Coordinating Recruitment and Selection
 Responsible for Payroll Administration
 Staff Welfare

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology
 IPMZ Diploma in HR or Industrial Relations is an added advantage
 5 years experience at Supervisory level or higher in the HR Department
 Knowledge of Belina Payroll is a must
