AHF is an international humanitarian organization operating in Zimbabwe, collaborating with Ministry of Health & Child Care to create centres of excellence for HIV care.
An exciting project has risen and AHF is in the process of establishing a wellness clinic that focuses (though not limited to) on men’s health in particular sexually transmitted infections as well as non-communicable diseases (NCDs). We are therefore looking for passionate candidates able to work in a busy male dominated environment.
**THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks for the clinic such as receiving clients, capturing patient information, writing and submitting reports, ordering clinic supplies and general maintenance of the clinic.
Experience with Electronic medical records is preferred. He/she should be willing to work outside the normal working hours and weekends.
