The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, including bookkeeping, and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain company records, including financial documents, client information, and supplier contracts.
• Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
• Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Support payroll processing and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative tasks, including bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Pastel) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
